About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the project manager for ongoing operations and new implementations, ensuring that operational projects are executed eciently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination – Ongoing Operations:

  • Plan and facilitate completion of tasks for daily service and maintenance.
  • Lead operational steps for theft, re-curations, repairs, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate service requests across teams (CS, CX, Field team) to completion of tasks.

Project Coordination – Implementations:

  • Organize installer schedules, travel, and coordination.
  • Monitor deliveries, curations, and operational requests by building teams.
  • Ensure unit(s) are ready to activate and meet standard of service by the provided deadline.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and support a team of Area Managers, Operators, and Installers.
  • Track performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships, including internally and with external clients and building teams

Recruiting and Training:

  • Recruit Operators for each unit implemented.
  • Oversee training and development of Operators and Area Managers.
  • Train building teams on internal platforms and how to service units

Tracking and Problem-Solving:

  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring that tasks are completed in full.
  • Prepare regular updates and reports for upper/senior management, highlighting any issues, delays, or changes to the project scope.
  • Proactively identify, track, and resolve operational challenges.

Qualications and Skills:

  • Ability to work in-oce at our NYC Headquarters with on-site visits as needed.
  • Procient in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prociency in Google workspace, including Sheets/Excel.
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platform(s).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
